- The legal basis for the processing of your data is the agreement between you and the Controller, hereinafter referred to as:
Agreement , which is concluded through the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and requires the processing of your data for its performance.
- Your personal data shall be processed solely for the purpose of performing the Agreement and to take necessary actions prior to the conclusion of the Agreement.
- The provision of personal data is not mandatory, although failure to do so will render the conclusion and performance of the Agreement impossible.
- Your data will be retained for the duration of the Agreement, and after its termination, for a period reasonable for statutes of limitation in civil proceedings.
- The Controller does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or international organisation.
- You have the right to request access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data from the Controller, as well as the right to restrict data processing.
- With regard to the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- The Controller will not make automated decisions towards you using your personal data, including decisions resulting from profiling*.
