TechCAD supports the insertion of high-resolution photos (rasters) in PNG, JPG (JPEG), GIF and TIF (TIFF) formats. Once inserted, raster images can be rotated and scaled as desired, thus making them perfect as auxiliary underlays.
As regards high-resolution files, rasters are split into smaller fragments for streamlined working. The programme supports file sizes of tens of thousands of pixels (width and height) and up to 1 GB in size. Nevertheless, please be aware of the limitations inherent in the purchased subscription and delete unused rasters.
